Toni Gogu

Toni Gogu holds the position of Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament from September 2025.

Toni Gogu is a lawyer and an experienced director in the public sector, finance, and civil society. He served as a Member of the Parliament of Albania (2021–2025) and as Deputy Chair of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, contributing to legislative initiatives, investigative commissions, and reforms with a direct impact on citizens.

As Deputy Chair of the National Council for European Integration, he led the work of the Stabilisation and Association Committee with the European Union, strengthening institutional dialogue in the integration process.

Earlier, he worked at the Bank of Albania and headed the Deposit Insurance Agency, building a solid profile in the field of finance.

In civil society, he led World Vision in Albania and the Western Balkans, implementing programs for child protection, family empowerment, and community development.
