Diella

Diella was born on January 19, 2025, with the goal of enhancing online services for citizens of all ages through voice, visuals, and speed.

Since January, Diella has served as the Virtual Assistant of the national platform e-Albania.

By September 2025, Diella had registered 972,000 interactions, while 36,000 recently issued documents from the platform carried its digital seal, representing an innovative feature that establishes a new standard in Albanian public administration.

As Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Diella represents a bold step for Albania toward the institutionalization of advanced technologies, positioning the country at the forefront of innovation in the region and beyond. Diella’s mission includes improving accessibility to public services for citizens, the full digitization of documents and state processes, as well as integrating artificial intelligence into the most critical sectors of the country.
