Prime Minister Rama is in Budva, Montenegro, today to attend the Berlin Process Leaders’ Summit, which opens with the plenary session “A Region on the Move: The Western Balkans Shaping Europe’s Shared Future”.
Upon his arrival at the summit, alongside the other participating leaders, Prime Minister Rama said:
Prime Minister Edi Rama: Just want to say how happy I am to be in the beautiful Montenegro, where is the only place that you can have a helicopter in your head anytime you come.
And in the meantime it’s good to be here for the ‘Berlin Process’ again, a ritual of every year, and this time it’s happening in this amazing country.
And what should I say more? I’m here and happy to continue with friends that are waiting.
Questions or no questions? Okay, good. Thank you so much.
