Prime Minister Edi Rama is in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for a visit on the occasion of his participation in the Interfaith Dialogue of the Aqaba Process for the Balkans, a new round of this initiative organized in partnership with Albania.

The Prime Minister was received in a formal ceremony at Al Husainiyah Palace by His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein.

The Aqaba Process is a global initiative led by Jordan and launched by King Abdullah II in 2015, focused on countering terrorism and violent extremism. The meetings held within this framework seek to strengthen cooperation among states and promote the exchange of expertise and information between regional and international partners across multiple sectors.
